Tools are supposed to make our tasks easier ... once we learn how to use them ;-)  Here are some tools that will help you become more efficient, and professional, as a freelancer.

	Why use anything else? It seems everyone has multiple IM ID's. You can use Trillian and talk to everyone! No more loading YIM, AIM, MSN Live ... just open up Trillian and chat!
	This is a virtual fax. When you sign up, they provide you with a phone number and you download their software. When someone send you a fax, it is transferred to an attachment and sent to you via email. When you open the attachment, the eFax software let's you read the fax contents.

	Sitting at your desk a lot? Why not listen to the latest audio book? A rental service, similar to Netflix, you can rent audio book CD's. You create your list, they come in a mailer with a prepaid return.
	I used to buy my ink at Costco, but have since switched to 123InkJets. I was really impressed with the price, speed of shipping, free gifts ... AND they include prepaid mailers to send in your old cartridges to be recycled. Two Eco thumbs up!
	Coffee Cup Software makes a great package for creating web pages ... especially since Microsoft is no longer going to update FrontPage.

	Skype is a great program. It is similar to Yahoo with Voice - you can chat on the PC or dial someone's phone number.
